OK, no politics in this Minnesota meandering--well, maybe one reference...

So there's this really great foodstuff called Earl's Cheese Puffs made in Savage, MN and sold here 'n' there. One serving provides 3g of trans fat (which I believe is something like a million percent of the RDA, according to our government - that's your reference). I know...food with trans fat in Minnesota, who woulda thunk it?
