My T-Mo Galaxy S6 edge, which I haven't had for a full year yet, has gone completely kaput with regards to mobile data. Wifi works, but anything above 2G isn't working. Sometimes it'll hold at 3G for a while, but LTE is impossible. Reboots and all manner of settings changes didn't help. I think I'm looking at a desperation factory reset. I'm taking a backup now via USB and SmartSwitch - with my zillions of photos, it's been 90 minutes and I'm only up to September. I may have to go to Ops training at 4 without a phone! How will I survive? Guess I should have upgraded to that S7 after all, right?
