My favourite thermals were marked down from $9 to $7!! So I bought four more. Am I retiring the cop coat?! STAY TUNED
No Kirkland slacks in my (new smaller) size, so I'll keep wearing the "big" ones
Six new pair of thick tall Kirkland socks to replace the ones that are fast wearing out
Two new cheap pillows because my memory foam has forgotten how to keep my neck from hurting

Enormous bag of pretty fancy "pub mix" for football playoff snacking
Big box of KIND bars to take to work
Enormous jar of macamadamias to take to work
Just over a hundred bucks out the door.
Items which were over a hundred bucks on their own which I looked at but didn't buy today:
New 4 or 5 terabyte drive - they're super cheap and I need to make backups soon
iPod touch - I can't justify updating my obsolete technology with newer obsolete technology, can I?
Small cheap TV - I want to set one up in the spare room that only exists in my mind but will soon exist in this house, and maybe work out in front of it (ha ha ha, you know I'm kidding - I think)
New mattress and maybe also new bedframe - also for the spare room that only exists in my mind but will soon exist in this house - or I keep it for me and put the old bed in there - we'll see how much I feel like spending and how much I want you to sleep in my spare room - also I expect I will NOT buy any of this stuff at Costco, as tempting as the prospect sounds...mostly because I will need that stuff delivered, it ain't fitting in Pikatuu
Oh, and a rare visit from me where I did NOT buy a hot dog or pizza slice...I knew I had good leftovers waiting for me here.
I meant to buy a bottle of scotch at the liquor store but fortunately there's enough scotch in the house that I will be OK until the next trip to Costco. Have you seen this Kirkland scotch? Shiz iz crazay.
And as my thoughts turn to alcohol, that seems a good point to thank you for getting to the bottom of this with me. I will now entertain any questions you may have |
