Early US versions came with a bonus disc containing the tracks found on the two UK EPs "Times Fly" and "The Box."

Later US versions came with a *different* bonus disc containing tracks from the UK EP "Satan (Live)" along with the Saint theme, and some others.

Some day I'll put something better in this spot. ;-)
