| 17.4.22 23:08 |  |  | OK! Let's start our way through these really expensive weird Van Leeuwen - I can't even say "pints" because they're a shrinkflated 14 ounces for $4.98. I wasn't SUPER interested in this one but Lisa expressed enough interest so what the hell - I kinda needed a "control" container to ease me in anyway. According to the label, this is a cream cheese ice cream enhanced by lemon sponge cake pieces with elderflower icing. I'm not TOTALLY sure what elderflower tastes like, but this was okay. I actually liked the ice cream a lot, the cake pieces were okay but not as good, the icing was good and I'm still not sure how to describe what elderflower tastes like. Best part was after a few spoonfuls I was satisfied and put an almost full container back in the freezer, as opposed to eating somewhere between half and the entire thing like I usually do with the ol' Ben & Jerry's kitchen sink pint.
