From their official press release, me and 226 other folks cast a presidential preference vote at LP caucuses across the state last night. Sounds like there was a corrected count in my caucus as they now say Johnson and McAfee tied there (we use ranked choice voting so it can sometimes be a li'i confusing). Johnson swept the other six caucuses to take a pretty easy win statewide. Minnesota's top 3 (Johnson, McAfee, Petersen) apparently mirrored the results of other states who have had polls because those are the three who will be on John Stossel's FBN show to debate - sorry, "presidential forum" coming up. I don't see how Johnson doesn't end up with the nomination again, which will probably turn out as well for him as 2012 did, so....I probably should have just gone to Triviasco instead. Idealism is such a curse.
