12.10.16 11:25 Just got my flu shot! If you know me at all, you know that I don't come within 100 yards of a needle if I can avoid it, so that should hopefully tell you how much more good than harm I think it can do, so when I tell you I hope you're getting one too, you know I mean it. <3

(On the minus side, I felt my muscle tense right up as I got the shot, so I am now ready for my shoulder to hurt for several days. Still worth it, I'm hoping!)
