Ability to disable DNS lookups on Network Discovery

When discovering devices there is an attempt to resolve hostnames via DNS. Even though no DNS servers have been defined either under the network or in cacti settings - it defaults to using system configured DNS servers.

We would prefer to completely disable this functionality within cacti GUI to reduce the number of DNS requests - but there doesn't appear to be a way to do it.

Automation has an option to disable discover of DNS within the Network's settings.
