Gprint shows N/A and no port numbers

Post by rubiohiguey »

Any help would be appreciated regarding the issue I am facing:

I have two Cacti installs.

In one, graph templates show port number, in the other one they do not. see attachments.
I see that the cacti install that does not show the port number has N/A in graph template under many GPRINT lines in that column.

1. How can I change N/A of GPRINT to Normal?

2. Will that make the port number show in the graph as with the other Cacti install? And if not, what do I need to do for the port number to show?

Thank you.

You didn't write cacti versions ...

For itnerface names go to Data collection -> data queries -> select SNMP - interface statistics -> select correct graph templates -> and you will see Suggested values - graphs and suggested values - data sources. These should be the same on both cacti installations.
Next step - go to management -> data sources -> choose problematic sources -> reapply suggested names.

Let the Cacti grow!
