Louise's Mixed Manufacturer with a twist challenge

Post by traveler »

For this challenge, you must use at least  10 different manufacturers on your layout or other paper crafting project. In addition, for the twist, you must use one item that you cannot buy at a craft store.

One winner of this challenge chosen at random will this sizzle prize bundle:
Image

Rules:
  • Manufacturers: Manufacturers must be for things I can see on your layout such as paper, ink, mixed media products,  embellishments, etc. Adhesive does not count unless I can see it, like glitter glue. Tools count such as punches, stamps, ink blending tools, metal dies, etc as long as I can see what you did with them. You may not count 2 things that look the same, such as 2 different brands of black cardstock or black ink. However, you may have one manufacturer of black ink and another manufacturer for brown ink.
  • Twist : The twist must be a physical item that you cannot buy at a craft store. Some examples of this are postcards, menus, postage stamps, coins, souvenir stickers, actual tickets, packaging from food, tag from clothing. If you are unsure if your item qualifies, just ask.
  • You must post an image of your project in the gallery here at ACOT and link it such that I can see it in this thread. If you don't post it in the gallery at ACOT, it will not count.
  • You must make a list like I have in my example below. For each item, list the manufacturer, the item, and where I can see it on your project. List the twist at the end like I have in my example. Put your list in this thread, not in the gallery post.  if you don't have a list of the 10 manufacturers plus the twist, it will not count.
  • Your entry must be a new paper crafting project. Open to new layouts, cards, and other paper crafting projects. Digital is not acceptable due to the twist, but hybrid is fine.
  • No combining with other challenges except the 25 item challenge.
  • Due May 17 at midnight.

Here is my example:
Image

1. Kaisercraft - patterned paper background paper
2. Deco Art - stencil large bricks in corners
3. Ciao Bella - frame stamp in upper left
4. P13 - word stickers (adventure, you're awesome, research, never stop learning)
5. Ranger ink blending tool and oxide ink - used to color the bricks
6. Karen Foster - spiral brads, in upper right and over the wood arrow
7. Catherine Pooler - black ink used to stamp frame in upper left
8. Little Yellow Bicycle - metal gear in upper right
9. Basic Grey - letter stickers used for title
10. American Crafts - Black cardstock used tomato photos and some of the stickers
TWIST - Purdue stickers which were sent to my son from the university

other items on my example that I could have used are the yellow cardstock, wood arrow, and texture paste all of which were different manufacturers than those listed above.
