Getting custom phrases from RC4 to RC5

Hi,

I just upgraded from RC4 to RC5.2.

It looks really nice, but I cannot see the custom phrases in the phrase browser on the right.

How can I convert the custom phrases I created in RC4 to RC5?

Hi Jens,
thank you for upgrading!

Conversion is not needed, you just need to move your files from the old custom phrases folder:
Windows: C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\RapidComposerV4\CustomPhrases
macOS: ~/Documents/RapidComposerV4/CustomPhrases

to the new location:
Windows: C:\Users\Public\Documents\RapidComposerV5\CustomPhrases
macOS: ~/Documents/RapidComposerV5/CustomPhrases

Please note that on Windows the data files are installed in C:\Users\Public, not in your user documents folder.

The contributed phrases (by yellukhan and tonedef71) are installed by default in a format that takes a few seconds to load.
